  • Cylinder compression check
  • Battery servicing
  • Oil and filter change*

  • Removal and reinstallation of inspection panels, fairings, cowling, and interior components necessary to perform the inspection

*Labor only. Parts, oil, filters, and other materials are additional.

After the inspection is completed, the aircraft owner will be notified and all inspection findings will be reviewed before any additional work is performed. No discrepancy repairs or additional maintenance will be performed without customer authorization.

The flat-rate annual inspection price includes labor to perform the annual inspection and completion of the applicable annual inspection logbook entry.

The flat-rate price does not include parts, oil, oil filters, repairs, troubleshooting, extensive AD research, or additional maintenance required to correct discrepancies. Shop supplies and consumables are charged separately at 5%–8% of applicable labor.

Any parts and labor required to correct discrepancies, comply with applicable maintenance requirements, or perform additional customer-requested work will be evaluated and quoted separately.

Inspections

Annual, 100-hour, and pre-purchase inspections

Schedule an annual or 100-hour inspection, or arrange a pre-buy evaluation before taking on a new aircraft. The shop reviews the aircraft and applicable records, completes the agreed inspection scope, and discusses findings before discrepancies or additional repairs are added.

Powerplant

Aircraft engine troubleshooting and repair

Powerplant work includes troubleshooting, engine repairs and rebuilds, engine exchanges, component replacement, and cylinder replacement. The first step is to define the symptom, review prior work, and identify the checks needed to isolate the cause.

Airframe

Structural repair across metal, tube, fabric, and composites

Hangar13 repairs sheet metal and structural damage, tube structures, fabric covering, and composite structures. Capabilities also include custom metal fabrication, alterations, refurbishment, and vintage aircraft restoration. Each project is evaluated against the aircraft condition, manufacturer information, and applicable approved data.

Systems

Electrical, lighting, avionics wiring, and interior troubleshooting

Bring in intermittent lights, wiring faults, avionics wiring concerns, or interior components that are not operating as expected. The shop traces the problem before recommending repair or replacement, reducing parts-swapping and avoidable work.

Cabin and finish

Upholstery, interiors, and aircraft detailing

Repair worn upholstery, replace interior materials, address cabin components, or schedule an aircraft detail. Interior and detailing work is quoted to the aircraft and the requested scope.

What happens next

Review findings before added work begins

  1. Share the aircraft and service need. Include the make, model, location, timing, and known concerns.
  2. Discuss fit and scheduling. The shop confirms the likely next step and whether the aircraft should come in.
  3. Inspect or diagnose. Work starts with the agreed scope rather than assumptions.
  4. Review findings. Added repairs are discussed and approved before the scope changes.
